Control & Instrumentation Engineer - UK Wide (Hybrid) - £49,310 to £62,399 + Company Car

As a Control & Instrumentation Engineer within our Asset team, you’ll provide client-side technical expertise across a variety of plant and equipment, including; control, instrumentation, telemetry communications, functional safety and cyber security throughout the whole design, build and operational lifecycle of the assets. 

 

You'll coordinate and resolve technical issues and provide quality assurance and engineering design management support throughout all phases of delivery on multiple projects. You'll participate in formal process safety assessments, design reviews, quality and inspection activities. 

 

You'll also participate in technical working groups to develop, review and implement strategies, policies, procedures and specifications to embed best practice, lessons learned, innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement. 

 

To be successful in this role, you will have a HNC qualification (or equivalent or above) in Control & Instrumentation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering and ideally have a formal development plan in place to achieve incorporated and relevant chartered status. 

 

You'll have experience and knowledge of engineering, design, maintenance or operation, ideally in a UK based utility company.

 

You can be based anywhere in the UK, however travel and some overnight stays will be involved so you can visit operational sites and attending meetings at our Warwick office. Therefore, it's essential that you hold a valid UK driving licence.
