Contract Lifecycle Manager - Warwick - c. £55,000 - £60,000

Job Purpose

In this role, you will be responsible for existing customer contracts (all Network Entry/Exit/Interconnector/Storage and Supplementary agreements), including any customer driven changes to modify them.  

You will provide day to day line management and leadership support to Contract Officers, owning workload prioritisation and performance management with oversight from the Gas Contracts Manager. You will be the point of contact for modification projects, discussing progress, risks and issues with customers.  Leading on the resolution of project issues and blockers, including escalated issues from Contract Officers.

There will be regular engagement with stakeholders across the business, building relationships to ensure delivery of contractual and regulatory obligations.

You will develop and negotiate our position for changes to the network code (Gas Distribution Network only). You will be owning and interpreting management information associated to modifications, identifying issues, risks and proactively developing and deploying solutions to resolve.

You will support regular 1-2-1’s and team briefs with Contract Officers as part of the teams’ broader responsibilities, and have financial oversight of any changes to existing contracts.
