We’ve listened to the feedback from our colleagues and know that many people would like home working to continue post-pandemic. We care about the wellbeing of all of our colleagues and want everyone to get the best out of their working environment, so our future or office-based teams is hybrid. Hybrid working is a mix between home and office working.
Keep it flexible
We know we don’t want to become a permanent home working organisation, because we really value face-to-face collaboration with colleagues and engagement with customers and stakeholders. This hybrid working approach provides the flexibility to work in ways that are most productive for both our colleagues and the business.
Keep connected
Keeping connected with your team is important. There will be times when you need to flex your plans, for example, if you’ve anticipated working from home but are then asked to come into an office to meet with stakeholders, meet with your team or contribute to a project. This is a fair ask, but should be done with reasonable notice. And, for your wider team, it’s everybody’s responsibility to make sure everyone feels included and has access to the right information, resources and support, regardless of their location.
