  • A career with purpose

Graduates are the future of National Grid. Bringing fresh thinking, new perspectives and enthusiasm to our team, we’ll give you real responsibility and an opportunity to make an impact from day one – putting the power to supercharge your career in your hands.

Our 18-month rotational programmes are made up of three, six-month placements, except for the Finance programme, which is three years long and consists of three, 12-month placements. They’re a fantastic way to kick off your career: you’ll put the skills you’ve developed to good use and build on a whole host of new ones by completing comprehensive training modules in a supportive, welcoming environment.
