We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst – IT and Group Functions to join our dynamic team and provide budgeting/forecasting, analysis, and reporting support for our IT Security and Regulation & Strategy functions as well as our regional finance stakeholders.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in compiling, analysing, and articulating large data sets pertaining to functional performance, and translating into narratives at various levels.
This role will be based out of our Warwick office, and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home.
What You'll Do
Monthly Reporting
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reports for IT Security and Regulation & Strategy functions.
- Consolidate and analyse comprehensive IT performance data, crafting high-level narratives to communicate effectively with regional corporate finance teams.
- Provide clear and concise reports to executive leadership, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Conduct ongoing risk and opportunity analysis to understand current performance trends within Security and Strategy & Regulation.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the US and UK, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Ad-hoc Analysis:
- Perform tailored financial analysis to meet the specific needs of stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
IT Investment Portfolio Forecast:
- Manage various aspects of the IT investment portfolio forecast, including cost allocation and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information is captured in the forecast.
What You'll Have
- Part/Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
- Strong financial planning and analysis, forecasting, reporting and budgeting experience.
- Strong MS Excel skills, you can manipulate data and create visualisations.
- Ability to build relationships across the business and influence stakehold-ers.
- Exposure to working across global virtual teams to deliver objectives.
- A self-starter with an inquisitive mindset, you like to understand the num-bers.
- Detail orientated, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to SAP / Power BI – desirable.
What You'll Get
A competitive salary of up to £55,000– dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
