As a Global Offboarding Specialist you’ll oversee the offboarding process for our complex leaver cases, including redundancy, retirement, and death in service, across multiple regions and countries. You will ensure a seamless and supportive experience for our colleagues leaving the business, empowering them with the tools and guidance they need for a successful transition.
This role will be based out of our Warwick office, and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home.
What You'll Do:
- End-to-End Offboarding Management: Oversee all offboarding arrangements globally, ensuring timely processing of leaver activities, documentation, payments, and termination of benefits.
- Support & Guidance: Act as the primary point of contact for managers and colleagues, providing expert support throughout the exit process and addressing any concerns related to benefits and final pay.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, security, and legal teams to ensure compliance and a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Asset Collection: Coordinate with relevant teams to manage the collection of company assets and deactivation of access to internal systems.
- Exit Surveys/Interviews: Facilitate exit surveys and interviews, ensuring valuable feedback is collected to enhance our processes.
- Alumni Support: Encourage departing colleagues to stay connected through our alumni network and provide guidance to managers supporting retirees.
- Retiree Support: Offer specialist advice to retirees on updating personal details and accessing third-party benefits providers.
What You'll Have:
- Proven experience in HR, offboarding, or employee lifecycle management.
- Customer service experience.
- An understanding of UK employment laws, along with compliance requirements.
- Reporting / forecasting experience.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems – SuccessFactors or Service Now preferred but not essential.

A competitive salary of up to £43,104 – dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
