Job Purpose

This position is a hybrid role between data analytics and programming.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for creating and maintaining metrics, reporting, and automations along with overseeing daily Procure to Pay operations, delivering process improvements within the end to end Supply Chain process (e.g. Accounts Payable, Master Data, Procurement, Inventory Management, etc.) and supporting the overall Performance Excellence Strategy.

Key Accountabilities

•    Monitoring the health of various Procure to Pay automations and developing new programs as needed
•    Extracting data and analyzing information from multiple systems to support and optimize departmental goals, operational improvements and streamline processes
•    Maintain controls and monitor data to detect data quality issues as it relates to the Procure to Pay processes.
•    Manage day to day relationships in order to understand requirements, deliver appropriate solutions and coordinate work with other Analysts and Associates.
•    Support Managers, Analysts and Buyers on the new ways of working with ongoing regular engagement to sustain the journey to delivering performance excellence and achieving lasting behavioral change.
•    Support ongoing development of end to end processes, to remove waste and increase value.
•    Organize and facilitate workshops to define issues and develop solutions.
•    Develop and maintain effective relationships with the stakeholders in order to share best practice and translate business needs to provide technical advice and build bases of influence.



•    A Bachelor's degree in a Business or Information Services related area and up to 5 years of analytical or business support experience, or equivalent work experience.
•    Experience with programming languages – C#, VBA
•    Experience with SQL queries and data visualization software –PowerBI
•    Demonstrates the ability to understand multiple relationships between different sources of data to generate easy-to-interpret reports based on collected data and identify causes of a situation.
•    Experience with ERP systems -- SAP experience preferred, with particular attention to Procure to Pay and Supply Chain
