About the Role
Enterprise Business Services (EBS) is overhauling several end-to-end processes to deliver a quality service to its internal users (i.e., BUs) and external customers and suppliers globally.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will focus on identifying, analysing, and improving business processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and customer experiences. This includes utilizing process modelling and lean optimization techniques to enhance processes and drive better outcomes. You will specifically be leading process improvement initiatives within Procure-to-Pay (PtP) operations while fostering a sustainable culture of continuous improvement. This will involve applying proven methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Thinking, and other best practices
What You'll Need
- Experience in Supply Chain and/or operational functions
- Ideally experience in P2P processes and/or key transformation levers (e.g., process re-design, automation)
- Practical experience reviewing end to end processes, practices, and technology to identify improvements, map current and future state,
- Ability to prioritize, monitor, and evaluate improvement initiatives
- Identify process inefficiencies, opportunities and failures and work closely with P2P to develop solutions to drive efficiencies and maximize value through projects, initiatives and ongoing change management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Must be a proactive self-starter, comfortable in managing/engaging others and in dealing with and navigating ambiguity or shifting context
- Ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement and value by challenging current processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or related roles

Annual Salary
$81,000-$95,000
