Job Purpose
The Operator Qualifications (OQ) program is intended to promote pipeline safety and minimize human error by ensuring qualified and competent personnel can safely perform work tasks and recognize and react to abnormal operating conditions. This position will assist OQ Test Administration group by supporting implementation of changes, managing and improving IT applications (ITS Onboard etc.) to ensure compliance, scheduling with Prometric and provide analytical studies and reports.
Key Accountabilities
Support in maintaining and monitoring testing implementation plan, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
ITS system administrator including test content upload, ensuring new employees are in ITS and issue ITS badges and provide training and support to users of ITS onboard
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with ITS Onboard support teams for timely resolutions
Test administration and scheduling with Prometric including post-failure/revocation rescheduling, OQ reports distribution
Organizing, attending, participating, and facilitating meetings where appropriate, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings, tracking issues and responding to questions and support requests.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Performing data analysis, utilizing programing and graphics tools to study trends and presenting data to our stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma is required, with bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field. Should possess a minimum 2-3 years of analytical work experience.
Strong verbal communication skills, including public speaking, with experience presenting data from studies and reporting and interacting with diverse group of people.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and on tight deadlines.
Competency in Microsoft applications, most importantly Excel, PowerBI, Powerpoint Presentation.
Competency in programing languages, Python, SQL, Alteryx or any other related language
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to research, compile, coordinate, review, document, organize, verify data, conduct independent analysis and identify inconsistencies

$82,000 - $96,000 a year
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
