Our primary responsibility is for safely delivering uninterrupted gas to our customers by continuously monitoring and modernizing our infrastructure in the most cost-effective way to minimize risk, provide reliability, and maximize the life of our gas assets. The Massachusetts service territory operates over 11,000 miles of gas distribution mains and provides gas service to over 960,000 customers.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance programs are completed in a timely manner
- Monitor and track Capital and Operation & Maintenance expenses
- Gather and analyze data to support the department’s decision-making process
- Stay current with in relevant policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with resource planning to ensure completion of capital projects
- Develop processes and plans to ensure compliance programs are completed in a timely manner
- Provide technical knowledge as required in support of Company operations
About You
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, or applied science from an ABET accredited School is required
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience is required
- Knowledge of federal, and state Gas regulations preferred
- Knowledge of PowerBi
- Understanding of coding language such as SQL and Python
- Understanding of Alteryx software application preferred
- Fundamental of Engineering (FE) certificate preferred
- Valid driver's license required
