Job Purpose

As a Senior Product Designer you are responsible for overseeing the development of the strategy, features, and flow of a digital solutions or product. 

What you'll do

  • Mentor, coach, and guide other designers on the team.
  • Lead product design team and work with other design leads, design director, VP of Design to influence the overall strategy and provide accountability.
  • Lead the team in bringing the research to life through personas, customer journeys, insight-opportunity frameworks, system maps, user stories, scenarios, infographics and service models.  
  • Guide the team in communicating visually through storyboards, wireframes, interactive prototypes and final design concepts.  
  • Use divergent design thinking techniques to develop products, services and/or physical connected form-factors.  

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in user experience design, digital products design, usability testing, future visioning, and strategy development, and ability to lead and train others.
  • Tools you’ve used: Figma and the Adobe Suite
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating strong human-centered design capabilities across a diverse range of projects. 
  • Positive attitude and an intrinsic motivation to deliver the highest quality work supported by user data and evidence.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced professional service environment and managing ambiguity, working autonomously, keeping organized, and multitasking.

$105,000 - $148,000 a year

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
