Are you analytical, proactive, and ready to make a significant difference in how performance is measured and managed?


We’re looking for an experienced Performance Strategy Lead to manage the development of a new Overhead Line (OHL) Performance Hub. This is a rare opportunity to shape a role from the ground up—defining strategy, building reporting frameworks, and delivering insight that drives operational performance.


You’ll design and manage performance reporting, develop dashboards and analytics using Power BI, and produce tailored performance packs for a range of stakeholders. A key part of the role is monitoring resilience and turning data into clear, actionable insights. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to present information with impact. Experience with SharePoint and a track record of driving process improvements will also be valuable.

Must haves:

•    Proven experience developing performance strategies.
•    Power BI - produce high impact dashboards and visual analytics.
•    Experience with data and performance indicators.
•    Can demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement.
•    Driving Licence.

Pay and Benefits

•    Starting salary up to £55,000 pa.
•    Training and Development.  
•    37 hours Mon – Fri (Location - Flexible with hybrid working) 
•    26 days annual leave plus 8 statutory days.
