We are currently recruiting for a Planner to work within the project controls team within the Construction Directorate.
You will be responsible for and leading on key Project Control activities which enable the management and delivery of our innovative Offshore Hybrid Asset projects including Lionlink and Nautilus and our Capital Delivery projects.
As a planner you will be pivotal in ensuring the implementation of effective planning processes, adhering to project governance, and supporting the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to scope.

In this role you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home. You'll be flexible to travelling to offices and project sites as required.
Key Accountabilities
- Schedule management: Build and maintain schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring baseline management is in place. Manage all aspects of project programmes, acting as a point of contact for project and programme matters.
- Contractor Programmes: Review and monitor contractor programmes in line with contractual requirements.
- Monitoring and Reporting - Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of schedule progress and performance to leadership and other key stakeholders, in line with the agreed reporting cycle.
- Process Improvement – Continually identify and implement improvements across within planning.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to organisational schedule management policies and best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with various stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and successful delivery.
About you
- A P6 Project Planning Professional with experience working on major infrastructure projects.
- Experience in developing multi-disciplinary programmes and managing interfaces.
- Proven knowledge and experience of using Primavera P6
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and accurate written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience in engaging and managing stakeholders.

A competitive salary between £51,889 - £61,350 – dependent on capability.
