As the Asset Plan Manager you will spearhead data-driven business planning for the National Grid Asset Operations business, playing a pivotal role in driving impactful decisions and shaping strategic direction. You’ll oversee and enhance the Data Asset Management Plan, ensuring that it aligns with organisational goals and sustainability initiatives. 


Additionally, lead the management of data for critical regulatory submissions to Ofgem, ensuring compliance and contributing to industry transparency. Mentor and guide a talented team of three Data and Performance Analysts, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration. Furthermore, work closely with diverse stakeholders across the Electricity Transmission delivery units, providing valuable data insights to optimise costs and guarantee the accuracy of business plans for maximum impact.

Must haves

•    Leadership experience.
•    Data experience  - Data analysis / knowledge of data products.
•    Strong Financial awareness – Cost analysis and justification.
•    Project Management.

Pay and Benefits

•    Up to £80,000 pa + 15% Bonus opportunity.
