Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a passionate and innovative Data Product Manager to lead the charge in defining, implementing, and managing data products from conception to final delivery.
You will be responsible for achieving optimal results while conforming to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with defined scope, performance, cost, ROI, and schedule through agile delivery and ways of working.

What You'll Do
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring customer needs are met and financial benefits are realised. You will act as the owner and champion for one or more products or services, adapting development methods to suit the project needs.
- Data Authority: Recognised as the data authority across Business Unit Entities, you will collaborate to leverage data flows across the entire business unit landscape, ensuring the right customer/user experiences are delivered at the right time.
- Data-Driven Techniques: Manage the utilisation and application of various data-driven techniques, including data engineering, data visualisation for storytelling and analysis, and the application of machine learning algorithms and AI. You will lead the exploration of new approaches for data visualisation and ensure the appropriate use of tools and techniques.
- Data Management: Develop and implement plans, policies, and practices that control, protect, and optimise the value of data assets. You will devise master data management processes and ensure consistency in information retrieval and analysis throughout the organisation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating open communication and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will translate engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables, capturing and disseminating technical and business information.
- Organisational Change Management: Lead change initiatives, developing and implementing plans to transition the organisation smoothly to new states. You will assess risks, gather feedback, and ensure that all stakeholders are prepared for changes.
About You
- Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- A strategic mindset with experience in investment and product planning.
- A solid grasp of financial management and benefits realisation linked to business outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in data management practices, including master data management and data governance.
- Familiarity with data engineering principles and techniques, as well as data visualisation tools and methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed organisation and drive results.
What You'll Get
- Competitive Salary: circa £75,000 per annum (dependent on location, capability, and experience).

More Information
This role is offered on a permenant basis.
We are also offering hybrid /flexible working where travel to the office will be as per business need. Base location for this role will be NG House, Warwick or The Strand, London.
