About the role

The CFO function is on a transformational journey to provide more effective support to the whole business. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Finance Transformation, the purpose of this role is support the efficient delivery and execution of large scale complex strategic finance change and transformation programmes across the global function by providing high quality analytical and partnering support and insight. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing transformation progress and performance analysis and insight across the programme -  utilising digital visualisation capability where possible
  • Supporting the development and embedding of clear cost, risk and value performance targets/goals for Senior Leaders across the whole CFO function
  • Support the Finance Lead in establishing the business case benefits and CTA tracking to ensure investments deliver the anticipated benefits
  • Partnering stakeholders on programme sub-activities as required 
  • Actively contribute to developing a high performing, agile and capable team to support, drive and deliver the required changes across Finance
  • Analytics around cost base, FTE and benefit drivers to highlight key risks and opportunities  
About you

You will be skilled at analysing and reporting financial information. You will enjoy planning, forecasting and budgeting and be adept at providing financial and investment appraisal. Finally, you will have excellent stakeholder management skills and can translate financial information to non-financial audiences. You will have a recognised Accounting Qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), and be either part qualified or qualified by experience.

What you'll get

A competitive salary between £38,000 – £48,000 – dependent on capability.


As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
