IAM CyberArk Support Engineer, Permanent
 


We have a new and exciting opportunity for an innovative and talented IAM CyberArk Engineer to join the Security Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineering team. The IAM CyberArk Engineer is the primary technical resource for the complex and diverse IAM platforms and systems. 

 

The successful candidate will possess unrivalled technical knowledge on several CyberArk security technologies and have a solid understanding of Information Security and CyberArk/Privileged Access Management (PAM) technology implementations in an automated, measurable and repeatable manner.

About you

 

As an IAM CyberArk Engineer, you will be able to multitask and switch gears to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives, whilst working in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support clients IAM and PAM applications. 

 

You will identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement, whilst evaluating and supporting complex Privileged Access Management (PAM) technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.

 

You’ll evaluate and support complex PAM technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement, and be responsible to install, integrate and maintain one or more Privilege Access Management products such as CyberArk. 

 

Technically, you will have experience integrating CyberArk PAM solution to other security solutions such as Enterprise SIEM, AD, email gateway, ticketing solution, as well as integrating CyberArk PAM solution with MFA solutions.


 
You will be managing and updating PAM runbooks and process documentation, creating technical change requests (CRs) to support changes and upgrades to CyberArk PAS solution and deploying and upgrading the below CyberArk PAS components:
 

  • Cluster Vault set up
  • PVWA
  • CPM
  • PSM/PSMP
  • AIM
  • PTA
