As OT (Operational Technology) Network Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the development of the OT Communication Network on a transformation journey where we manage and operate the network to a high security standard.
Working with security, resilience, risk and compliance teams to secure the network and ensure it continues to operate safely, resiliently and with control, you’ll lead a team that are embracing leading technologies to secure the data flows to enable us to achieve our net zero goals whilst ensuring a resilient network.
Accountable for the transition to High Bandwidth Overlay (HBO), you’ll be directly responsible for the oversight and management of the OT Operational teams, including Field Engineers and the Network Management Centre (NMC).
You’ll have complete end to end responsibility for the network including overseeing and helping to foster a culture of effective change management, operational fault finding, security and resilience.
You’ll be accountable for the service availability and resilience standards, with ownership of incident triage and root cause analysis investigation and resolution to minimise network related downtime.
