As a Portfolio Document Controller, you'll be part of an exciting Operations team where you will be responsible for ensuring the robust management of documentation and other administration duties. You will work with key stakeholders applying your meticulous attention to detail ensuring Document Management processes are adhered to correctly across a portfolio of four Interconnectors.

 

Your interpersonal skills will be called upon to work with a wide range of internal and external parties within the role. This is a great opportunity to develop your existing skills and broaden your experience in all aspects of Document and Project Management activities. 

 

This role is based from Warwick and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home. You'll be flexible to travelling to offices and operational sites as required.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Maintain accurate records of all documents at all times and ensuring adherence to the Company's Data Security and Document Control Procedures.  

 

  • Act as a single point of contact for project Document Management matters.  

 

  • Document, implement, and maintain robust and secure data information flow processes.

 

  • Provide first line assurance for information quality.

 

  • Develop and manage the administration of SharePoint sites for internal and external collaboration

About you

 

What we do isn’t just important – it’s essential. That’s why we look to recruit expert leaders in their field. In this case, we’re looking for someone who has:

 

  • Working knowledge and experience of using at least one Electronic Document Management System, such as Aconex or OpenText.

 

  • Proven Document Management skills with experience of working in project management environments. 

 

  • Experience of MS Office applications with an extensive knowledge of SharePoint including site administration.

 

  • Previous experience of engaging with internal and external stakeholders, with an ability to build lasting relationships and engage with teams at all levels.  

 

  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with an ability to author and review processes and work instruction documents.

 

What you'll get

 

A competitive salary between £46,000 - £54,000 – dependent on capability. 

 

As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
