As Procedures Coordinator you’ll maintain the suite of SHES, Security and Technical procedures for NGET so they remain up to date and easily accessible. 

 

You’ll be responsible for establishing and maintaining processes that deliver effective, controlled and timely visibility of Safety, Health, Environmental, Security and Quality-related procedures, associated bulletins and the supporting guidance required by NGET. 

 

You’ll champion procedural compliance across NGET, through communication tools, KPIs and appropriate feedback loops and support NGET by sharing good practice and maintaining an up to date and accessible portal of procedures, policies and guidance.

 

We are flexible on base location of this role, however travel will be required to Warwick for team meetings during the month and this can be combined with hybrid working from home.

 

This role is offered as a fixed term contract of up to 12 months, to cover maternity leave.

 

 

 


 

What you'll need

 

With experience of document management tools and SharePoint, you’ll have an understanding of the wider Electricity Transmission business, and the safety, risk and compliance issues relating to it.  


You'll have expert knowledge of document control processes, and the ability to create meaningful KPIs to drive performance improvements.  You'll also have significant experience in administering a document management system.  Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence across all levels and areas of NGET is key as are excellent report writing skills coupled with the ability to integrate information effectively and summarise with relevance and suitable impact.
