Our Global Capabilities team is at the forefront of transformational initiatives across Enterprise Business Services (EBS), focusing on Strategy, Service Excellence, and Process Improvement. We are looking for a driven Process Improvement Analyst to help us document and enhance our core processes in line with global standards. This role allows you to use your facilitation and process improvement expertise to drive meaningful change as well as enhance efficiency across our organisation. This role will be based out of our Warwick office, and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home. 

What You'll Do:

  • Facilitate process improvement events using proven methodologies (e.g., ESOAR, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Assist service lines in prioritising improvement initiatives and developing business cases for Continuous Improvement (CI) activities.
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and collect data to measure process effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with EBS Service lines to ensure processes are documented according to EBS standards.
  • Coordinate the review cycle for process documentation and support assurance activities to provide an accurate view of process health to senior leadership.
  • Maintain EBS repositories for process documentation.
  • Deliver training and coaching to develop and embed CI capabilities across EBS, while promoting best practices in lean/process improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Deliver training on process standards and promote best practices in process documentation.

What You’ll Have:

  • Strong experience in facilitating process improvement events / workshops. 
  • Proven track record in using process improvement methodologies (e.g., ESOAR, Lean Six Sigma) to achieve significant improvements. 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset for identifying and implementing effective solutions.
  • Experience with business process mapping tools (IBM Blueworks and/or SAP Signavio - desirable).
  • Familiarity with core EBS processes (e.g., R2R, S2P, J2L) and transformation levers (e.g., process re-design, automation).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Change management expertise, with experience in driving process change and promoting organisational adoption.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity and engaging with others.

What You'll Get:

A competitive salary of up to £55,000– dependent on capability.


 
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
