We are seeking a dedicated Senior PMO Analyst to join Global Functions Reporting team! This is an exciting opportunity to assist in driving the strategic direction of the Finance Data Reporting Office (FDRO) project portfolio within Finance & Business Services, focusing on enhancing our project delivery model.

 

You will contribute to the strategy for managing FDRO projects and will be responsible for driving improvements in productivity, quality, and control as new tools are integrated into the workflow.

 

This role will be based out of our Warwick office, and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home. 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Engage and Collaborate: Foster strong partnerships with colleagues by promoting the use of JIRA and other project management tools.
  • Support Project Intake: Help embed the project intake process to streamline operations.
  • Develop Frameworks: Contribute to the creation and implementation of Project Management Operating models and frameworks.
  • Ensure Integrity: Maintain and uphold policies and processes that protect the integrity of our projects.
  • Cultivate Accountability: Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and project ownership across the FDRO.
  • Assist Project Managers: Support Project Managers in ensuring projects are valid, accurate, and completed on time.
  • Communicate Standards: Aid in the communication and training of project update standards across the FDRO.
  • Plan Effectively: Help Project Managers devise work schedules for effective project coverage.
  • Maintain KPIs: Support the provision and maintenance of key performance indicators as agreed with senior management.

What You’ll Have:

 

  • Proven project management experience. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer focused.
  • Capable of translating requirement and simplifying complex issues to stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational abilities.
  • Solid presentation and influencing skills.
  • Experience in waterfall/agile project management, including project lifecycle standards and JIRA/Confluence software.
  • Experience collaborating within a multi-function/entity organisation.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively at all organisational levels.
  • Capable of translating requirement and simplifying complex issues to stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel; PBI developer skills are a plus!
