About the Role

 

Systems Advisor/Controller - Warwick (with hybrid working)

 

National Grid Land and Property safely manages National Grid's operational, occupied and surplus estate, and the land rights for our linear assets. 

 

To add value to our Land & Property assets and enable the business through safe, effective, and efficient property services, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Advisor/Controller to support our  work in the Performance and Value team in our Land & Property function.  

What you'll be getting up to

 

Joining us as our Systems Advisor/Controller, you will be responsible for activity pertaining to data and systems, particularly the compliance elements.

A few examples include:

  • Partnering with Land & Property and National Grid teams to support the practice of effective data management, through our data principles. 
  • Working with colleagues within UKLP to find system and data solutions
  • Support with the transformation of Land & Property’s data management capability to one where it can maximise digital opportunities and business intelligence and become truly data driven.
  • Support with system audits across Land and Property to drive data compliance across UKLP

About You

 

  • Experience of data management 
  • Experience of SharePoint 
  • Knowledge of GDPR 
  • Change through systems and processes
  • Project management
  • Demonstrable proactive stakeholder management
  • A strong understanding of technological platforms
