In this exciting role, you will bridge the gap between research, design, and development of our website product, ensuring it delivers an exceptional user experience for all audiences while meeting business needs. You will lead a continuous improvement program driven by user feedback and analysis, tackling challenges with innovative design solutions. As a key member of our team, you will help integrate three major websites into one cohesive ecosystem, creating a personalised user experience. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting a brand-new look and feel for the website, ensuring it is both innovative and accessible, with best-in-class usability.

What You'll Do

 

  • Lead Usability Innovations: Take the reins in driving continuous enhancements to our website’s usability, crafting seamless and engaging user journeys that leave a lasting impression.
  • Personalise Every Experience: Design tailored user journeys for diverse personas, ensuring every visitor feels uniquely valued and understood.
  • Dive into User Insights: Conduct dynamic user research and testing to uncover insights that fuel your innovative design decisions and spark creativity.
  • Be the User Advocate: Champion the voice of the user, ensuring our designs not only meet but exceed their expectations and needs.
  • Collaboration: Team up with cross-functional experts to develop stunning wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that wow stakeholders and drive results.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices, integrating the latest advancements into our design strategies to keep us at the forefront of innovation.

  • Proven Track Record: Bring your experience in enhancing user experiences for large-scale websites to the forefront, making a real impact on our digital landscape.
  • Personalisation Expertise: Showcase your skills in creating tailored experiences for diverse user personas, ensuring every visitor feels valued and understood.
  • Data-Driven Innovator: Use your ability to translate user feedback and data into innovative, measurable improvements that elevate our website’s performance.
  • User-Centric Approach: Leverage your strong empathy for users to simplify complex journeys, making navigation intuitive and enjoyable.
  • Wireframe Wizard: Exhibit your proficiency in creating wireframes that effectively communicate design concepts and meet project objectives.

What You'll Get

 

  • Competitive Salary: circa £59,000 – £72,000 per annum (dependent on location, capability, and experience).
  • Bonus: Up to 15% of your salary for stretch performance.

More Information

 

  • This role is offered on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. 
     
  • We are also offering hybrid /flexible working where travel to the office will be as per business need. Base location for this role will be NG House, Warwick, UK or the Strand, London.
