What to expect from our Early Careers recruitment process

Our application process is quick and easy, and we promise to let all candidates know the status of their application and the outcome. Please not that the process may differ depending on the programme you have applied to.

Step 1:
Apply online – this is your opportunity to learn all you can about the opportunities available. Read all the information provided online and ask any questions before applying. Then it’s over to us to review your application.

Step 2:
If successful you’ll be invited to complete a digital interview. If you‘re successful in the interview you will then be invited to the next stage.

Step 3:
Attend an assessment centre - for those shortlisted, we will be running in person assessment centres. These will involve group tasks and interviews, with plenty of opportunities for you to find out more about our scheme and ask questions. We'll send details of what to expect from the assessment centre beforehand.

Step 4:
Review your feedback - everyone who attends an assessment centre can request feedback from us.
